Common Misconceptions vs. the Facts
Many players hold beliefs that are not actually accurate. These are clarified below.
A slot that hasn't paid out for a long time is 'due' to pay
The FactsEvery spin is determined independently by an RNG (Random Number Generator). Previous results have no effect on the next spin.
A losing streak does not guarantee a win on the next bet
The FactsEach round is independent. Losing a previous round does not increase your chances of winning the next one — this is mathematically proven.
There is a 'guaranteed winning system' in Baccarat
The FactsMartingale or any other betting system cannot change the house edge over the long run. Baccarat is entirely chance-based.
Depositing more increases your chances of winning
The FactsThe deposit amount has no effect on RTP or outcomes. Game results are determined solely by the algorithm.
Slots pay out more at night
The FactsThe server runs on the same algorithm 24/7. Time of day, day of the week, or season — none of these affect the payout rate.
New accounts are given better winning chances
The FactsAccount age does not affect the RNG. The same algorithm applies to all accounts, new or old.
Betting is for entertainment — for adults aged 21 and above only.
Game Studio Variety
prometric offers games from multiple types of studios in one place. Each studio delivers a different experience.
Video Slot Studios
These studios produce slots with free spins, cascading reels, Megaways mechanics, and bonus rounds. Examples: Pragmatic Play (Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza), Hacksaw Gaming (Wanted Dead or a Wild).
Live-Dealer Studios
Play Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Sic Bo in real-time streams with professional dealers. Evolution and Ezugi are the leading names in this category.
Asian-Focused Studios
Slots and fishing arcade games built around Asian culture and heritage themes. PG Soft, JILI, CQ9 Gaming, and JDB are known for this type of game.
Crash & Instant Games
Each round ends in a few seconds; you must cash out before the multiplier crashes. Spribe's Aviator and Smartsoft Gaming's JetX are examples of this category.
Play Responsibly
prometric believes betting is for entertainment only. The site is for users aged 21 and above only.
